The Vision, Edition 2, G. Steven Simons 

Habakkuk 2:1 I stand at my watch, and station myself on the watch-tower, and wait to see what He (YAH) says to me, and what to answer when I am reproved. (2) And יהוה (YAH) answered me and said, “Write the vision and inscribe it on tablets, so that he who reads it runs. (3) “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, and it speaks of the end, and does not lie. If it lingers, wait for it, for it shall certainly come, it shall not delay."

In this passage we see Habakkuk standing watch in prayer, listening for what The Almighty might say to him about HIS future plans. When YAH speaks to Habakkuk, HE directs him to write what HE has shown him plainly on tablets so that those who read the vision can run to do it.

This is a very important truth that every believer must understand. When YAH gives direction (vision), HE doesn't give vague, unclear instructions. His directions are clear and concise. Sometimes HIS instructions come over time, but they are never uncertain and cloudy. Once you hear the voice of The Father you should write down what HE says to you so that you, and others, can be clear about what you are to do. 

I see two different groups of people mentioned in this passage: "writers" are those who communicate the vision and "readers" are those who carry it out. Originally there may be just one, or just a few "writers" communicating the vision, but over time, more and more "writers" can be trained to communicate the vision so that more "readers" can hear it and run with it. The more "writers" you have, the more "readers" you'll accumulate. With the help of the Spirit of YAH, and given that the people are diligent to do the work, a momentum can be reached that is unstoppable. YAH then goes on to explain to Habakkuk that the vision is for an appointed time in the future when IT WILL COME TO PASS. HE clearly pronounces that the vision is TRUE and NOT a lie, and tells Habakkuk to stay in belief and be patient, not giving up if the vision seems to tarry, but to wait for it - YAH will bring it to pass in HIS TIMING! 

Numbers 23:19 "El is not a man, to lie; nor a son of man, to repent! Has He said, and would He not do it; or spoken, and would not confirm it?"

Too many people start doing the vision Elohim gives, then when persecution comes or it doesn't happen right away, they get discouraged and quit. Keep in mind that Elohim doesn't lie. If He said it, HE WILL DO IT. If HE spoke it, IT WILL WILL COME TO PASS!

YAH has given Triumph In Truth Ministries/Triumph Family a global vision to resource and support groups of people who are meeting in their homes, or other meeting spaces, who want to be a part of a unified global vision of expanding the Kingdom and introducing others to Yeshua and the Torah lifestyle.
